The underground utility repair phase of the construction project was
scheduled to begin on Lehigh Avenue the week of April 18th and then
proceed to the other streets upon completion of the Lehigh work. As you
know, work has yet to begin. We have experienced some delays
contributed to the project design and we are working with the contractor
to resolve the issues before we begin work. We expect to have the
issues resolved before the end of the month and will notify you when we
will begin. We still expect to complete the project before the end of
